About

I did not set out to become a Fractional COO.

I became one because founders needed someone to replace them operationally.

I have spent years inside growing businesses watching the same pattern repeat.

A founder builds something meaningful.
The team grows.
The work increases.
And slowly, the founder becomes the point person for everything.

Not because they want control.
Because no one else is positioned to carry it.

Over time, leadership turns into management.
Strategy turns into follow up.
And the business starts running on the founder’s energy instead of structure.

That is the moment most founders call me.

I work as a Fractional COO for founder-led businesses that have outgrown informal operations.

I do not operate as an advisor on the sidelines.

I embed inside the business.

.

That means I:

  • Own operational structure

  • Drive execution

  • Manage accountability

  • Become the point person the founder has been acting as

My background spans operations, execution, and team leadership across growing companies, including regulated and complex environments.

This is not theoretical work.
It is lived, hands on experience.

One example of this work comes from a founder-led medical startup I have supported for the last two years.

When I stepped in, the founder was carrying everything. Project management, follow ups, execution, and momentum all ran through her. She had a team, but no real separation between leadership and operations. The business depended on her presence to move forward.

Over time, I stepped into the COO role.

I became the operational point person.
I owned execution and accountability.
I managed the team and built systems that held without her involvement.

As the business stabilized, the founder was able to step fully into her role as CEO. She could lead strategically instead of managing day-to-day operations. She could step away without anxiety. Her health and work-life balance improved because the business no longer relied on her to function.

That transformation is not unique.

It is what happens when the founder is no longer forced to be the operating system.

How I Work Differently

I am not a coach.

I am not a consultant who hands over a plan and disappears.

I work as an embedded operational leadership.

I take responsibility for execution.

I create structure that holds.

I ensure accountability exists without micromanagement.

Most importantly, I remove the founder as the operating system.

You do not need to become a better CEO to fix this stage of business.

You need someone to carry the operational role you have been forced into.

That is the work I do.

If your business only works because you are constantly involved, you are not failing.

You are simply doing too many jobs. The right operational leadership changes everything.

Start with the CEO Ops Reset.
